Our Story
It all started with a dream and a small coffee cart in downtown Brewville. Joe Martinez, a third-generation coffee farmer from Colombia, wanted to share the flavors and traditions of his family's craft with his new community.
In 2010, that cart became our first brick-and-mortar shop. What began as a solo operation has grown into a team of passionate coffee professionals, but our mission remains the same: to serve exceptional coffee in a space that feels like home.
Today, Joe's Coffee Shop is a beloved neighborhood fixture with three locations across the city. We continue to source beans directly from farms we trust, roast them ourselves, and brew each cup with the same care Joe brought to his very first pour.
